Fit Hunter Policies
Clear expectations keep training fair, consistent, and effective for everyone. Here's what to know before your first session.
1. Payment + Packages
- Packages must be paid upfront before the first session. No pay = no training.
- Sessions expire — expiry differs depending on the package you take. Use them or lose them. This helps keep the momentum.
- No refunds on used sessions. Unused sessions are non-transferable.
2. Cancellation + Reschedule Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs before your session.
- Late Cancel / No-Show = Session used. Why? I blocked that time for you and turned down other clients.
- Emergencies: 1 free exception per package. After that, policy applies. I’ll always be human first.
3. Late Arrival
- If you’re late, we still finish at the booked time so I’m on time for my next client.
- After 20 min = Session forfeited. We’ll rebook.
4. Session Booking + Timing
- Live Sessions: In-person or video coaching with me. That’s what you paid for.
- Programmed Solo Sessions: If you can’t make it but want to train, I’ll send your full workout + demos + check-in. This counts as 1 session.
